Fatal Occurrences
This page is intended to create quick and easy access to information about fatal occurrences that have taken place since the Aviation Safety Round Table of April 21, 2009. The occurrences documented are restricted to those listed in the Civil Aviation Daily Occurrence Reporting System (CADORS). At this time, documenting will be also be restricted to Canadian registered aircraft involved in occurrences within Canada's territorial boundaries.

- Location: Location of the occurrence
- Fatalities: Number of Fatalities
- Injuries: Number of Injuries
- CADORS: Click on the CADORS link and input the CADORS occurrence number found in this field, then hit enter for information directly from Transport Canada
- TSB: Transportation Safety Board Occurrence number (This field will be updated with links to reports when/if they are published)
- TSB O/C: Transportation Safety Board Occurrence Classification (see: Tragedy & Loss for more information)
- Working: This field indicates whether or not the pilot, or any passengers, are believed to have been working at the time of the occurrence. This may indicate "yes", "no" or "unknown"
